This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Establish the positioning, tone, visual standards, and guidelines for channels as part of platform intelligence.
• Create and uphold templates for email, banners, social media, and videos that align with brand and channel specifications.
• Utilize the platform’s content generation tools to produce sets of assets.
• Develop variations in accordance with content-system logic and formatting requirements.
• Evaluate platform outputs against brand standards and channel specifications prior to client reviews.
• Understand rendering requirements, safe zones, format constraints, and placement rules across various channels.
• Detect brand drift and ascertain whether issues stem from brand configuration, templates, or the content system.
• Exemplify inclusive behaviors and actively manage biases.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in production, brand management, or creative operations in an agency or regulated industry setting.
• Proven experience in managing brand standards across different channels.
• Practical knowledge of channel production requirements, including email rendering, banner specifications, safe zones, and format constraints across digital platforms.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry is advantageous; familiarity with MLR is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Background in structured review and revision processes, with accountability for output quality prior to client delivery.
• Capability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into clear production requirements.
• Skill in maintaining production quality standards and identifying errors before the review process.
• Knowledge of email, display, social media, and video formats.
• Ability to independently learn platform tools.
• Proficient in identifying and communicating output issues effectively.
• Regular use of AI tools in daily tasks, including workflow creation, output testing, and solving unfamiliar challenges.
