• Serve as a distinguished IT Brand Ambassador for CDW.com

• Engage in high-level, personalized chat interactions

• Comprehend customer challenges effectively

• Suggest suitable products and IT solutions

• Facilitate informed purchasing decisions

• Offer expert advice on enterprise hardware, infrastructure, and IT solutions

• Provide a top-tier support experience that prioritizes value, empathy, and technical knowledge

• Foster customer loyalty through impactful interactions and successful resolutions

• Represent CDW's offerings and assist in product comparisons

• Utilize consultative communication to identify customer needs and direct them towards suitable solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry

• Experience in large-scale corporate, healthcare, or institutional IT is highly advantageous

• Extensive knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems

• Acquainted with Dell, HP, Cisco, and Apple hardware

• Outstanding written communication skills that convey warmth and expertise

• Capable of managing multiple simultaneous conversations with professionalism and accuracy

• Desktop or laptop is required; mobile devices or tablets are not supported

• Steady high-speed internet connection of 10 Mbps or greater

• Reliable audio equipment is necessary

• Must work as a 1099 independent contractor
