Brand Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving sales for the brands under Artisanal Brewing Ventures.

• Represent the company in a professional, enthusiastic, positive, and knowledgeable manner during events, festivals, and tastings.

• Interact with customers and provide educational insights about the beers and the company.

• Set up, dismantle, and clean pouring stations at event locations.

• Transport and maintain displays, equipment, and materials.

• Pour beers and hand out promotional items.

• Discuss the characteristics of beers with customers.

• Uphold a professional image and demeanor at all times.

• Provide support to the Sales team as required.

• Participate in brewery training events to stay informed about current offerings.

• Carry out other business-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• High School diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

• A passion for the craft beer industry and an appreciation for its culture.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in public speaking.

• Possess an outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.

• Availability to work nights and weekends, with a flexible schedule provided with notice.

• Certification as a Cicerone or Certified Beer Server is a plus.

• Regularly visit bars, restaurants, stores, and festivals, some of which may take place outdoors.

• A valid state driver's license is required and must be maintained throughout employment with Artisanal Brewing Ventures.

• Must be able and willing to lift a minimum of 31.5 lbs. from ground level to a shelf that is 50 inches high.

• Must be able to move 165 lbs. of kegged beer by sliding it on the floor from one location to another.

• Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment background and driver’s license check.

• Compliance with safety policies and procedures at the worksite is mandatory.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
