This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Assist in promoting sales for Artisanal Brewing Ventures’ brands.

• Represent the brand and its beers at various events, festivals, and tastings.

• Interact with customers to provide education about beers and the company.

• Set up, dismantle, and clean pouring stations at event locations.

• Transport and care for table displays, equipment, and materials.

• Pour beers and distribute marketing materials.

• Engage in discussions about beer characteristics with customers.

• Uphold a professional image and conduct.

• Assist Sales staff as required.

• Participate in brewery training events to stay updated on offerings.

• Carry out other business-related tasks as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• High School diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

• Passion for the craft beer industry and appreciation of its culture.

• Strong communication skills, especially in public speaking.

• Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.

• Availability to work nights and weekends.

• Flexible work schedule with advance notice.

• Certification as a Cicerone or Certified Beer Server is a plus.

• Regular travel to bars, restaurants, stores, and festivals, including outdoor settings.

• A valid state driver’s license is required and should be maintained during employment.

• Must be able and willing to lift at least 31.5 lbs. from ground level to a shelf 50 inches high.

• Capable of moving 165 lbs. of kegged beer by sliding it on the floor.

• Must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check and driver's license verification.
