Part-Time Brand Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving sales for Artisanal Brewing Ventures’ brands.

• Represent the company at various events, festivals, and tastings.

• Interact with customers at events to inform them about the beers and the company.

• Set up, dismantle, and clean pouring stations at event locations.

• Transport and maintain table displays, equipment, and materials.

• Serve beers and distribute promotional materials.

• Discuss the characteristics of the beers with customers.

• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Provide support to the Sales staff as necessary.

• Participate in brewery training events to stay updated on offerings.

• Execute other business-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• High School diploma required; a college degree is preferred.

• Passion for the craft beer industry and appreciation for its culture.

• Outstanding communication skills, especially in public speaking.

• Possess an outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.

• Availability to work nights and weekends, along with a flexible work schedule with prior notice.

• Certification as a Cicerone or Certified Beer Server is a plus.

• Regular visits to bars, restaurants, stores, and festivals, some of which may be outdoors.

• A valid state driver’s license is required and must be maintained throughout the employment period with Artisanal Brewing Ventures.

• Able and willing to lift a minimum of 31.5 lbs. from ground level to a shelf 50 inches high.

• Capable of moving 165 lbs. of kegged beer from one location to another by sliding it on the floor.

• Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment background and driver's license check.

• Compliance with safety policies and procedures at the worksite.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
