Branch Quality Control Analyst – Kansas City Area

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct independent quality control evaluations of retail branch locations to pinpoint operational and compliance risks.

• Review branch documentation, verify cash on hand, observe employee conduct, and interview branch associates regarding regulatory obligations.

• Prepare summary memoranda for each retail branch quality control assessment, including an overall risk evaluation.

• Maintain a continuous risk rating guide for all retail branches.

• Provide assistance with operations-related projects as required.

• Foster collaborative relationships with Consumer Operations colleagues and the Consumer Delivery Team.

• Work in partnership with others to support Consumer Banking in addressing requests and resolving issues flagged by regulatory entities, internal audits, compliance engagements, or self-assessments.

• Analyze operational documentation for monthly branch performance reporting.

• Serve as a valuable resource on matters related to Consumer Banking operations.

• Assist the Director of Compliance & Oversight with the aggregation, analysis, and reporting of Compliance & Oversight activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in branch/bank operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Skill in building relationships and fostering trust throughout the organization.

• Ability to present and communicate information clearly to associates at various organizational levels.

• Proficient writing skills.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite software and related banking applications.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of a scheduled work week.
