BOPm Assembly Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assembly and installation of mechanical Balance of Plant (BOPm) systems at hydropower facilities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, contractual obligations, and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with Site and Construction Managers to sequentially plan activities, guaranteeing the availability of necessary workforce, tools, and resources.

• Evaluate the skills and performance of subcontractors, ensuring that operations are conducted in strict accordance with procedures, technical specifications, and quality standards.

• Ensure all activities comply with company safety protocols and local regulations, protecting the safety of personnel and the integrity of equipment.

• Maintain up-to-date drawings and technical documentation, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and liaise with engineering teams to coordinate technical solutions.

• Provide training to customer teams on system operation and offer continuous technical support during and after the assembly phase.

• Encourage process analysis and the exchange of lessons learned with the engineering team to enhance future operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience as a BOPm Assembly Supervisor at hydroelectric power plants.

• Intermediate proficiency in English is advantageous.

• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.

• Willingness and availability for frequent international and domestic travel, as well as work at project sites.
