BOPe Assembly Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assembly and installation of electrical Balance of Plant (BOPe) systems at hydroelectric power facilities, ensuring adherence to timelines, contractual obligations, and quality benchmarks.

• Work closely with site and construction managers to strategically plan activities, ensuring the necessary workforce, tools, and resources are readily available.

• Evaluate the skills and performance of subcontractors, ensuring that their work is executed in strict accordance with established procedures, technical specifications, and quality standards.

• Ensure all operations are conducted in line with company safety policies and local regulations, protecting both personnel and equipment.

• Maintain updated drawings and technical documentation, issuing non-conformance reports (NCRs) as necessary and coordinating technical solutions with engineering teams.

• Train customer teams on system operation and provide ongoing technical support throughout and after the assembly phase.

• Encourage process analysis and the dissemination of lessons learned among the engineering team to enhance future operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or a similar field.

• Prior experience as a BOPe assembly supervisor at hydroelectric power plants.

• Intermediate proficiency in English is advantageous.

• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both internationally and domestically, including visits to project sites.
