BOPe Assembly Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assembly and installation of electrical Balance of Plant (BOPe) systems at hydroelectric power plants and small hydropower facilities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, contract stipulations, and quality benchmarks;

• Work closely with Site and Construction Managers on the sequential planning of tasks, guaranteeing the availability of required labor, tools, and resources;

• Evaluate the skills and performance of contractors, ensuring that execution strictly adheres to procedures, technical specifications, and quality standards;

• Ensure all operations comply with company safety protocols and local regulations, protecting the well-being of personnel and the integrity of equipment;

• Maintain current drawings and technical documentation, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and coordinate technical solutions with engineering teams;

• Train client teams on system operation and provide ongoing technical support during and after the assembly phase;

• Encourage process analysis and share insights with the engineering team to enhance future operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or a related discipline;

• Prior experience as a BOPe Assembly Supervisor in hydroelectric power plants;

• Intermediate proficiency in English is an advantage;

• Intermediate Spanish proficiency;

• Willingness to travel frequently both domestically and internationally and be assigned to project sites.
