Bookkeeper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Process transactions

• Oversee accounts receivable (A/R)

• Handle accounts payable (A/P)

• Perform reconciliations

• Execute payroll processing

• Conduct similar weekly and month-end accounting tasks for clients

• Collaborate with a team of accounting experts to provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial statements to clients

• Operate from home while coordinating with remote accounting professionals

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online

• Experience in a remote work setting with a distributed team

• Must reside in a state where the company operates: Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, or Minnesota

• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms throughout the day

• Detail-oriented, precise, and thorough in approach to tasks

• Commitment to continuous learning

• Capable of identifying when assistance is needed and seeking help
