This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Maintain precise financial records.
β’ Ensure accurate entry of financial data, conduct reconciliations, and review payroll.
β’ Assist in evaluating business and instalment activity statements.
β’ Prepare and review monthly reconciliations for payroll taxes.
β’ Generate monthly management reports and reconciliations.
β’ Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding and training of new employees.
β’ Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.
β’ Collaborate with the internal team to guarantee timely service delivery to clients and meet their expectations.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Australia, including payroll processing.
β’ Over 3 years of bookkeeping experience, with a focus on payroll.
β’ At least 1 to 2 years in an intermediate bookkeeper position.
β’ Proficient knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Familiarity with Australian payroll compliance regulations.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills.
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
β’ Capability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours each day from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM South Australian Time, with adjustments for daylight saving time.
