This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Ensure financial records are maintained accurately.
β’ Conduct financial data entry and perform reconciliations.
β’ Oversee payroll activities.
β’ Assist in reviewing both business and instalment activity statements.
β’ Prepare and assess monthly payroll tax reconciliations.
β’ Generate monthly management reports and reconciliations.
β’ Provide support to junior team members as needed.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding and training processes for new employees.
β’ Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.
β’ Collaborate with the internal team to guarantee timely service delivery and meet client expectations.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Australia, including payroll processing.
β’ Over 3 years of bookkeeping experience, specifically involving payroll.
β’ At least 1β2 years in an intermediate bookkeeper position.
β’ Proficient understanding of Xero and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Familiarity with Australian payroll compliance regulations.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
β’ Capacity to work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour daily schedule.
β’ Availability to work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM South Australian Time, with adjustments for daylight savings.
