Bookkeeper, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Maintain up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online by allocating expenses, payroll, and payments to the appropriate accounts and projects.

• Process vendor invoices, track spending for inconsistencies, and reconcile vendor statements.

• Oversee customer invoicing for ongoing agreements, project milestones, and Time & Material billing.

• Conduct bank, credit card, and payroll reconciliations.

• Develop custom Excel workbooks for financial tracking and reporting purposes.

• Assist in the creation and management of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.

• Ensure vendor invoices correspond with distribution records.

• Aid in payroll reconciliation by accurately recording benefits, taxes, and withholdings in QuickBooks Online.

• Adhere to established financial processes and report any risks or breakdowns that may impact cash flow.

• Collaborate with operations, project management, and leadership to enhance billing accuracy, cost visibility, and financial controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated bookkeeping experience, particularly in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online is essential.

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables, complex formulas, and reconciliation schedules.

• Experience with ConnectWise Manage or a similar PSA/Ticketing system is highly desirable.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area is required.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to detect financial irregularities.

• Excellent professional communication abilities.

• Professional working proficiency in English for documentation and reporting purposes.
