Bodily Injury Adjuster – Moderate Represented

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations into automobile accidents that may involve one or multiple vehicles resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury, including cases with attorney involvement.

• Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.

• Deliver customer service through various channels such as voice calls, emails, text messages, and occasionally video chats.

• Investigate casualty claims and relevant line-of-business claims by performing thorough damage assessments and interpreting policy details.

• Assess and negotiate settlement offers for injury claims with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants.

• Utilize estimating tools, job aids, and settlement platforms effectively.

• Implement policies in line with policy agreements and legal and business standards.

• Accurately and promptly document claim activities in the claims management system.

• Primarily manage litigated claims within the state of Georgia.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in handling 3rd Party Bodily Injury Claims.

• 2 to 5 years of current claims experience in Georgia.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.

• Capability to work independently and remotely while effectively managing time.

• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and liability assessments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with modern tools and platforms for evaluating claims.

• A dedicated home office workspace that is free from distractions.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 MB down and 5 MB up.

• Suitable work surface and seating arrangements.

• Must reside within the United States.

• Not available to residents of California, Alaska, Hawaii, or Washington.

• Must pass a background investigation.

• An adjuster and/or appraiser license may be necessary within 60 days of hire, if applicable.

• Allstate typically does not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.
