Bodily Injury Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and verify facts related to complex automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within designated authority limits.

• Manage injury claims as part of the Initial Handler Bodily Injury Casualty Unit.

• Evaluate subrogation or fraud potential and determine suitable handling for intricate cases.

• Utilize advanced knowledge of company and industry insurance policies and inter-organizational relationships.

• Investigate all facets of complex auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages.

• Review, assess, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims when applicable.

• Recognize vehicle body components and other possible property damages.

• Identify customer needs and effectively address them using appropriate customer service techniques.

• No supervisory responsibilities are included.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an experienced Unrepresented Bodily Injury Consultant or claims professional with a solid grasp of liability and complete claim ownership.

• Proficient time management and organizational abilities are essential.

• Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.

• Prior experience handling claims in Washington and Nevada is highly desirable.

• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Existing insurance-license appointments must be terminated prior to onboarding if the candidate currently holds an active insurance license.

• No outside insurance appointments may be held during employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when directed by the licensing team.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required; the company does not sponsor work visas.

• A dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions is necessary.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.
