Bodily Injury Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Investigate and verify the facts surrounding advanced automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, damages, and manage claims adjustments and negotiations within established authority limits.

• Oversee all components of advanced auto claims, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages.

• Review, assess, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims as needed.

• Recognize vehicle body components and any potential property damage.

• Identify customer needs and effectively address them using appropriate customer service techniques.

• Assess subrogation or fraud risks and determine the best course of action.

• Provide support to the state of Florida while enhancing overall team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing advanced automobile accident claims.

• In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, industry standards, and organizational dynamics.

• Capability to investigate coverage, liability, and damages with sound judgment and autonomy.

• Proficient in reviewing, assessing, and negotiating basic to moderate injury claims.

• Familiarity with vehicle body components and potential property damage.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to identify subrogation or fraud risks.

• Enhanced experience at the Adjuster II level or through a specialized position rotation.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace that is free from distractions while working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload speeds.
