Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.

• Create positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals.

• Oversee and train ABA technicians.

• Implement, model, and monitor the progress of personalized behavior support and skill plans alongside ABA technicians.

• Offer compassionate support during family discussions to ensure parents thoroughly comprehend assessment findings and treatment suggestions.

• Develop tailored programming that emphasizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy.

• Employ a neuroaffirming, assent-based methodology while prioritizing trauma-informed and ethical care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Qualified to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with diverse age groups.

• Capable of expressive and receptive communication for all job-related responsibilities.
