Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Become a part of Lighthouse Autism Center’s clinical team, where the focus is on prioritizing learners.

• Develop personalized programs aimed at enhancing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.

• Employ a neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical approach to care.

• Carry out intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.

• Create tailored positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans for each individual.

• Oversee and train ABA technicians.

• Execute, model, and evaluate individualized behavior support and skill plans alongside ABA technicians.

• Facilitate family discussions and clarify assessment outcomes and treatment suggestions.

• Collaborate with the Behavior Treatment Committee and dually certified SLP-BCBAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.

• Qualified to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a diverse age range.

• Capable of expressive and receptive communication for all job-related duties.
