Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Perform intake evaluations that include functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.

• Develop positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals customized for each individual.

• Oversee and mentor ABA technicians.

• Execute, demonstrate, and track the progress of personalized behavior support and skill plans in collaboration with ABA technicians.

• Offer compassionate support during family discussions to ensure parents fully comprehend assessment findings and treatment suggestions.

• Emphasize communication, independence, and self-advocacy.

• Employ a neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical approach to care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.

• Qualified to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with diverse age groups.

• Capable of expressive and receptive communication for all job responsibilities.
