This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Perform diagnostic assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and oversee personalized behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide direct ABA therapy while tracking client progress.
• Collaborate with families as well as interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest ABA research and best practices.
• A valid Tennessee LBA license is mandatory.
• BCBA certification must be in good standing.
• Prior experience working with children who have autism or developmental disabilities is essential.
• Strong comprehension of ABA principles and assessment methods.
• Outstanding communication and documentation abilities.
• A background check is necessary.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
