Board Certified Behavior Analyst – BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities.

• Create and execute personalized behavior intervention and treatment strategies.

• Offer one-on-one therapy sessions and provide support to families.

• Oversee and guide BTs/RBTs to ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality care.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care solutions.

• Keep precise and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Remain updated on the latest research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.

⛳️ Requirements

• BCBA Certification is mandatory.

• A Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline is required.

• Prior experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is essential.

• Excellent clinical and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Possess empathy, patience, and a dedication to client-centered care.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Active CPR Certification is required (assistance with certification is available if necessary).

• Must be able to pass a background check as required by funding sources.

• Willingness and physical capability to work directly with children, including lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and engaging in similar activities.

• Authorization to work in the United States is essential.

• Experience in parent training is preferred.

• Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services is required.
