This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver ABA services, oversee supervision, and provide parent training for children diagnosed with autism, IDD, and their caregivers.
• Carry out initial evaluations and follow-up assessments utilizing VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and related assessment tools.
• Develop and revise behavioral programs tailored to meet the needs of learners.
• Supervise and mentor ABA technicians.
• Implement, demonstrate, and oversee personalized behavior support and skill development plans in collaboration with ABA technicians.
• Ensure adherence to the fidelity of behavioral goal implementation.
• Offer clinical oversight for behavioral intervention strategies.
• Must reside in Georgia or within a 50-mile radius of Georgia's borders.
• Possession of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• A minimum of 3 months of relevant experience.
• Current Georgia LBA license or a willingness to apply for one.
• Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training course.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and various developmental disabilities.
• Access to dependable electronic devices (Wi-Fi, headphones, laptop, phone, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Capability to be an effective member of a treatment team.
• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
