Board Certified Behavior Analyst – BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated learners for around 10% of their authorized hours

• Offer family guidance, aiming for approximately 2 hours monthly

• Perform RBT evaluations throughout the year

• Supervise and assist RBTs

• Create and adjust treatment programs

• Draft initial assessments and progress reports

• Track learner progress and provide clinically suitable recommendations

• Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other members of the care team

• Uphold high standards of ethical and compassionate care

• Complete onboarding and prepare for caseload while credentialing is being finalized

• Design a flexible schedule that accommodates learner and family needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or an equivalent credential

• Texas licensure is mandatory

• Licensure in additional states is an advantage

• Compassionate, caring, open-minded, joyful, and accountable

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team

• Dedicated to positively impacting the lives of learners and their families

• Capable of fulfilling required supervision and family guidance duties

• Work authorization: US citizen, Green Card holder, or eligible for a TN Visa; if not, visa sponsorship status must be stated
