Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Perform initial evaluations and functional behavior assessments to create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.

• Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and various service providers to ensure a unified and comprehensive treatment approach.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer continuous support and guidance to families and caregivers.

• Keep informed about the latest research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Maintain a work schedule comprising 75% billable hours and 25% non-billable hours.

• Support clinical and in-home ABA services during designated time slots.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis.

• BCBA License issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Experience in working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated developmental disabilities.

• Strong comprehension of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to operate efficiently both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

• BCBAs located in MST/PST time zones.
