Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Perform initial evaluations and functional behavior assessments to create tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and additional service providers to ensure a thorough and synchronized treatment approach.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer continuous support and guidance to families and caregivers.

• Remain informed about the latest research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Workweek distribution: 65% billable hours and 35% non-billable hours, with all time compensated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis.

• BCBA License issued by the BACB.

• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.

• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
