Board Certified Behavior Analyst – BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).

• Develop tailored behavior programs for individuals.

• Maintain a dependable and consistent schedule with clients.

• Deliver direct services to clients as required.

• Offer ongoing support to families and clinical team members.

• Ensure programs are implemented in accordance with the company's standards of excellence.

• Collaborate effectively with BCBA colleagues.

• Work together with families, educators, other service providers, local agencies, and coworkers to enhance patients’ social inclusion and independence.

• May need to travel to the clinic once per quarter for in-person supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or a related field.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

• Licensed behavior analyst in Georgia.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing ABA services.

• Proven experience and skills in team leadership.

• Capability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to interact with clients, which includes bending, twisting, and moving quickly.

• TB clearance and background check clearance required.

• Proficient in using technology as a remote employee.

• Eligible to serve Medicaid clients in the State of Georgia.
