Board Certified Behavior Analyst – BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).

• Develop personalized behavior intervention plans.

• Maintain a dependable and consistent schedule with clients.

• Deliver direct services to clients as required.

• Offer ongoing assistance to families and clinical team members.

• Ensure the execution of programs aligns with the company's standards of excellence.

• Work collaboratively with BCBA colleagues.

• Partner with families, educators, other service providers, local agencies, and colleagues to enhance patient social inclusion and independence.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or a related field.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

• Licensed behavior analyst in Georgia.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing ABA services.

• Proven experience and skills in team leadership.

• Capability to independently lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to engage with clients, which includes bending, twisting, and moving quickly.

• TB clearance and successful background check.

• Proficiency in navigating technology as a remote employee.

• Eligible to serve Medicaid clients in the State of Georgia.

• Willingness to travel to the clinic once per quarter for in-person supervision.
