Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, Arizona LBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Create and execute customized ABA therapy plans

• Perform assessments and monitor client progress through data analysis

• Guide and support behavior technicians by providing coaching and clinical insight

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to establish goals, acknowledge achievements, and cultivate trust

• Oversee a remote caseload with opportunities for quarterly travel

• Keep updated with the latest ABA research and best practices

• Current BCBA certification and Arizona LBA certification, required

• Excellent communication and coaching abilities

• Dedication to delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA services

• Capability to transition between clinic and remote settings

• Must reside in Arizona
