Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Arizona LBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Create and execute customized ABA therapy plans.

• Perform assessments and monitor client progress utilizing data.

• Guide and mentor behavior technicians through coaching and expertise.

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to establish goals, celebrate achievements, and foster trust.

• Oversee a remote caseload with opportunities for quarterly travel.

• Remain updated on ABA research and best practices.

• Valid BCBA and Arizona LBA certification is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality ABA care.

• Capability to adapt and excel in both clinic and remote settings.

• Must be a resident of Arizona.
