Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Arizona LBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

• Create individualized ABA therapy plans tailored to each client.

• Perform assessments and monitor client progress through data analysis.

• Provide leadership and guidance to behavior technicians.

• Work in partnership with caregivers to establish goals and foster trust.

• Oversee a remote caseload with opportunities for quarterly travel.

• Valid BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification — mandatory.

• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
