This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Create tailored ABA therapy plans that demonstrate measurable outcomes.

• Perform assessments and monitor client progress utilizing data.

• Guide and support behavior technicians through effective coaching and expertise.

• Collaborate with caregivers to establish objectives, celebrate achievements, and foster trust.

• Oversee a remote caseload with opportunities for quarterly travel.

• Remain updated on the latest ABA research and best practices.

• Valid BCBA and Arizona LBA certifications are mandatory.

• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

• Dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality ABA services.

• Capability to adjust to both clinic and remote settings.

• Must be a resident of Arizona.
