This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop, implement, and uphold global standards for Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD modeling, including master templates and shared parameter files.
• Create and manage the master BIM Family Library, which encompasses programmatic equipment blocks, architectural details, and fixtures.
• Oversee the Autodesk Construction Cloud Hub for studio ACC and Revit users, managing permissions, licensing, and cloud worksharing environments.
• Investigate, develop, and deploy automation tools using Dynamo, Python, or Revit API for modeling checks, parametric verification, and QA/QC workflows.
• Mentor and supervise regional BIM Coordinators throughout EMEA and APAC.
• Coordinate localized model troubleshooting, provide technical training, and ensure global alignment.
• Perform model health audits on active local models and submissions from external Architects of Record.
• Collaborate with leaders in Standards Governance and Documentation to ensure alignment of Revit metadata and database schemas.
• Provide updates to the master template and family catalog quarterly for web-based CMS publishing.
• Over 5 years of experience in BIM Administration, Model Coordination, and management of Virtual Design & Construction.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and enforcing master templates and shared parameter files for multi-site corporate initiatives.
• Extensive proficiency with the Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360 ecosystems.
• Hands-on expertise in parametric families, nested families, type catalogs, and management of central parameter databases.
• Experience in drafting BIM Execution Plans, modeling guidelines, and technical standards.
• History of managing external A/E consultants, overseeing vendor model handoffs, and conducting multidisciplinary design reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical/technical experience.
• Practical experience in scripting using Dynamo, Python, or the Revit API.
• Experience in organizing data-rich BIM catalogs for web-based Content Management Systems.
• Exposure to large-scale retail, hospitality, industrial rollout programs, or technical infrastructure projects.
• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP): Revit Architecture certification.
• Autodesk Certified Lead or BIM Manager credentials.
• buildingSMART Professional Certification or CanBIM Professional/Specialist Certification.
