📋 Description

• Oversee intricate billing processes, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to tailored allocations.

• Offer technical assistance in addressing significant discrepancies.

• Communicate with clients and insurance providers.

• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain data integrity across all platforms.

• Perform comprehensive billing analyses to identify and rectify discrepancies.

• Execute complex customized allocations and validate calculations.

• Coordinate the submission and verification of files with clients and insurance providers.

• Supervise copay waiver processes to ensure traceability.

• Enter and confirm system transactions, ensuring data integrity across platforms, including Qbem and Quiver Pro.

• Contribute to the assessment of productivity and quality metrics.

• Prepare tailored payroll files in accordance with client specifications.

• Assist leadership in implementing enhancements and automation.

• Process invoice extensions.

• Negotiate claims and requests with insurance providers when necessary.

• Train and mentor Analysts I and II.

• Ensure compliance with established quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in billing, reconciliation, or complex financial operations.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including data processing, pivot tables, and complex formulas.

• Strong understanding of billing and reconciliation systems.

• Logical reasoning and an analytical approach.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and perform under tight deadlines.
