This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct thorough billing analyses to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Execute intricate customized cost allocations and verify calculations.
• Oversee the submission and review of files with clients and insurance providers.
• Supervise copay waiver processes to ensure proper tracking.
• Process and validate system entries, maintaining data integrity across platforms like Qbem and Quiver Pro.
• Aid in the assessment of productivity and quality metrics.
• Prepare tailored payroll files per client specifications.
• Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to address issues.
• Assist leadership in driving improvements and automation initiatives.
• Handle invoice extensions.
• Negotiate claims and requests with insurance carriers when necessary.
• Mentor and guide Analysts I and II.
• Ensure adherence to established SLAs and quality standards.
• High school diploma.
• Experience in billing, reconciliation, or complex financial operations.
• Proficient in Excel, including data processing, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Strong understanding of billing and reconciliation systems.
• Possess logical reasoning and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under tight deadlines.
