Billing Specialist – US Weekend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer accounts, issue invoices, collect payments, and maintain account updates.

• Address customer inquiries regarding billing and account status.

• Detect and rectify billing and account discrepancies or concerns.

• Assess incoming Purchase Orders for correctness and adherence to sales and finance policies.

• Create new-order and renewal invoices while ensuring precise calculation and recognition.

• Establish and manage customer accounts within the billing system.

• Support accounting functions and engage in departmental initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal support teams to fulfill customer requirements and ensure billing processes function smoothly.

• Resolve email support requests efficiently, accurately, and clearly.

• Applicants must reside in the U.S.

• Experience in customer service with a focus on communicating billing issues to customers and internal teams.

• Knowledge of confidential, billing, and accounting information.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, logical thinking, and a quick learning aptitude.

• Strong work ethic.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• Proficiency in Google G Suite and/or Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with cloud and/or web-based applications is an advantage.

• Experience using Stripe is a plus.

• Background in retail or fast-paced, customer-facing settings is a plus.

• Enthusiasm for assisting users and advocating for their needs.
