This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct monthly billing audits, which include fee calculations, account troubleshooting, and processing adjustments.
β’ Assess and maintain client accounts and household structures to guarantee accurate assignment of fee schedules.
β’ Revise and uphold billing instructions in collaboration with advisors and internal stakeholders, in accordance with client agreements.
β’ Reconcile direct debit outcomes and ensure the prompt and precise collection of fees.
β’ Address billing-related queries from advisors and Client Service teams.
β’ Collaborate with Trading and Client Service teams to ensure adequate account liquidity for billing debits.
β’ Monitor, manage, and follow up on pending, failed, or rejected fee transactions.
β’ Analyze root causes of failed collections and facilitate resolutions.
β’ Oversee collections, which may include funding accounts, reprocessing fees, or modifying client billing setups.
β’ Maintain documentation of collection efforts and outstanding balances; provide reports on aged receivables and collection status.
β’ Recognize trends in collection issues and propose process enhancements.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
β’ Familiarity with portfolio accounting and concepts of client performance reporting.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
β’ Experience with integrated financial systems and billing platforms.
β’ Strong preference for candidates with Orion experience.
β’ Strong preference for candidates with Salesforce experience.
β’ Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proven ability to work collaboratively with advisors and cross-functional teams.
β’ Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
