This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage special handling invoices for large, intricate commercial clients.
• Dispatch tailored invoices through various channels including third-party portals, spreadsheets, email, and postal services.
• Ensure timely and precise invoicing in accordance with contract stipulations.
• Oversee third-party billing portals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams regarding the status of customer accounts.
• Liaise with large commercial clients about their account status.
• Foster robust customer relationships through effective communication.
• Execute and uphold account billing reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Supply invoices, statements, and related documents to customers or cross-functional teams.
• Safeguard sensitive customer financial data and maintain organized electronic financial records.
• Suggest enhancements to invoicing procedures.
• Research and address second- and third-level customer inquiries.
• Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams to minimize invoicing errors.
• Maintain monthly reconciliation tracking sheets and ensure invoices are submitted within the billing month.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a role involving data entry or other computer-based tasks is required.
• Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable or transaction-based services is preferred.
• Familiarity with third-party portal billing is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of transaction-based services is essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong focus on detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Capability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
