Billing & Bookkeeping Specialist – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Prepare and oversee AIA billing, which includes Forms 702 and 703.

• Manage construction progress billing, ensuring that invoices are accurate and submitted punctually.

• Process and track change orders effectively.

• Manage accounts receivable while monitoring outstanding balances.

• Follow up with clients regarding overdue invoices and payments.

• Maintain precise financial records and documentation.

• Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks Online (QBO).

• Update and manage customer and project details within Salesforce.

• Reconcile billing data and identify any discrepancies.

• Collaborate closely with clients to professionally address billing inquiries.

• Aid in sustaining efficient billing and accounting processes.

• Provide general administrative support related to billing and bookkeeping as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the construction industry is a must.

• Strong background in construction billing and progress billing.

• Hands-on experience with preparing AIA Forms 702 and 703.

• Knowledge of change orders and construction project billing.

• Experience in accounts receivable and collections/follow-ups.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Professional and confident communication abilities.

• Comfortable interacting directly with clients regarding invoices and payments.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Able to work independently in a remote setting.
