Billing Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct bill audits to ensure precision across all entries.

• Offer general administrative assistance and support daily operational activities.

• Oversee and process invoices accurately and promptly.

• Execute data entry tasks utilizing Excel and Google Sheets.

• Facilitate internal communication among various departments.

• Employ company-specific accounting software and different web platforms.

• Assist the finance and operations teams with ad-hoc projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly skilled in both spoken and written English, with outstanding phone and email communication skills.

• Demonstrates strong accuracy in billing audits, data entry, and documentation.

• Effectively manages multiple responsibilities and meets deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems.

• A college degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Prior experience in billing, accounts payable/receivable, or general administration within a financial context is ideal.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.

• Familiarity with Excel, including formulas and data management techniques.

• Experience with accounting systems or related platforms.

• Strong communication abilities in English, both spoken and written.
