Billing and Refunds Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage Customer Experience support tickets pertaining to payments, invoicing, and refunds.

• Oversee customer accounts and assist in applying cash receipts, incoming Wire and ACH payments, and resolving discrepancies.

• Prepare daily and monthly journal entries in the ERP system for Cash and Accounts Receivable transactions.

• Handle Sales Team Requests, including refunds, credits, rate adjustments, and unique payment issues in Admin, Stripe, and Avalara.

• Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance automation within accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Develop and update accounting policy memos and process flowcharts.

• Maintain Sales Tax Exemptions and manage refunds in Avalara.

• Act as a key contact for primary sellers, providing proactive updates on sales proceeds and payout schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or progress toward a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Customer Service, or a related discipline is preferred.

• 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Bookkeeping, Customer Support, or similar finance support roles.

• Proficiency in Salesforce.

• Familiarity with fundamental accounting principles and ERP systems.

• Experience with Stripe or Oracle Fusion is preferred.

• Strong skills in Excel.

• Attention to detail in data entry and transaction processing.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Capability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
