
Billing and Quality Control Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee daily operations within the OEM billing and quality control department.
• Monitor monthly OEM billing requirements, journal entries, and payables.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry records for the organization.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Budget Management teams to maintain precise system data.
• Extract and format OEM data files, creating corresponding invoices.
• Work alongside the OEM Operations team to keep data files current and accurate.
• Compile and uphold monthly OEM enrollment documentation.
• Reconcile monthly records and conduct ongoing account analysis for quality assurance.
• Coordinate revenue and accrual accounts with the Billing & Collections Manager.
• Participate in meetings to discuss and provide training on OEM accounts and partnerships.
• Review accounting records and financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with departmental standards.
• Support improvements in the invoicing process and assist with month-end/year-end financial and operational reports.
• Develop and execute effective financial record-keeping procedures using the latest technology.
• Report directly to the Billing & Collections Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, billing, collections, or a finance-related field.
• Prior experience in data entry and accounting is essential.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting monthly deadlines.
• Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to write formulas and create and use pivot tables.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, is required.
• Experience in the automotive advertising sector is advantageous, with a preference for knowledge of the OEM industry.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite software and Salesforce is a plus.
