Billing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accurately invoice clients with specialized billing requirements by utilizing customer contracts and various sources to verify charges.

• Manage billing for new Affiliate terminals and take on specialized billing projects as they arise.

• Provide support to other billing personnel both locally and in the field.

• Generate invoices weekly using a comprehensive billing application to optimize revenue.

• Investigate billing discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis.

• Engage with the field to ensure billing accuracy.

• Examine multiple source documents to ensure the correct fees are applied.

• Match customer contracts with driver paperwork to guarantee accurate billing and comprehend the effect of fees on driver compensation.

• Look into and enact corrective measures for disputed invoices.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancement within the billing process.

• Associate degree in Business or Finance is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field of Business or Finance is preferred.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
