Billing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate billing information and generate precise invoices for clients.

• Understand intricate contracts and related agreements, pinpoint relevant terms, and apply them accordingly.

• Examine invoices to confirm billing precision.

• Liaise with clients, the Client Success Manager, and various departments to address issues and provide necessary clarifications.

• Ensure that services have been delivered and contractual obligations are fulfilled.

• Review billing processes and identify potential areas for enhancement.

• Create reports and adhere to billing timelines.

• Keep accounts receivable records updated.

• Confirm that clients' billing accounts are accurately established in line with requirements.

• Conduct ad hoc reporting as needed.

• Gather and assist with information and documentation requests from both internal and external auditors.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Billing Analyst or a comparable position.

• Proficient in interpreting custom client contracts.

• Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new tasks.

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, embedded formulas, and process automation.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in multitasking.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills with clients and other departments.

• Excellent analytical skills for managing extensive data sets.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
