📋 Description

• Conducts investigations, analyses, negotiations, resolutions, documentation, and reporting on consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints related to the organization.

• Discovers solutions that tackle billing concerns and offers suitable resolution options to clients.

• Engages in negotiations and approves billing settlements within predefined limits.

• Modifies customer accounts as necessary.
