Bilingual Virtual Patient Navigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Responds to calls in a professional and prompt manner

• Reviews documentation of prescriptions and case notes

• Initiates case creation in the CRM system

• Engages in the scheduling process

• Records case details in the CRM platform

• Provides program coverage as necessary

• Educates patients regarding their disease state

• Facilitates connections between patients and available resources

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Nursing License in good standing

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

• A minimum of 2+ years of recent nursing experience

• Demonstrated success in utilizing effective communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred

• Exceptional time management abilities

• Familiarity with clinical data and pharmacology

• Nurse educator experience is preferred
