Bilingual (English/Spanish) Plaintiff Personal Injury Intake Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients dealing with personal injury cases

• Ensure consistent communication regarding treatment updates and case developments

• Oversee and prioritize an active caseload effectively

• Accurately document all client interactions in the case management system

• Provide professional responses to clients in distressing situations

• Track clients' treatment progress and liaise with medical providers

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in Personal Injury Intake or comparable positions

• Proficient in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken

• Strong computer skills and the capability to accurately document conversations while engaging with clients

• Experience with managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
