Bilingual Associate Account Manager, Renewals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete renewal process for the Flash segment — overseeing proactive cycles at 90/60/30 days to ensure GRR remains on track and to identify expansion opportunities early;

• Facilitate pricing migration discussions within your portfolio — assisting legacy clients in transitioning to the new platform pricing model and finalizing those migrations;

• Maintain an organized and accurate HubSpot pipeline across a large number of accounts to ensure forecasts are based on reality rather than optimism;

• Spot expansion opportunities and work together with Account Managers on accounts that have outgrown the Flash model;

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to personalize outreach on a large scale, prepare for calls, and swiftly generate account briefs — allowing you to focus more on conversations instead of administrative tasks;

• Identify early signs of churn, escalate with a strategic plan, and adhere to the playbook while knowing when to adjust it.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English is essential;

• Over 1 year of experience in renewals, inside sales, or a customer success position where you managed a quota — not merely contributed to it;

• Proficient in managing a high-volume account portfolio; experience at the SMB level is a significant advantage;

• Strong commitment to pipeline discipline: CRM management is a professional expectation for you, not just a chore;

• Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily as a productivity enhancer — integrating them into your routine rather than treating them as experiments;

• Process-driven with a keen sense of when to adhere to the established playbook and when to make adjustments (additionally: experience managing a pricing or packaging transition with current customers; plus: background in SaaS or HR tech).
