Bilingual Travel & Concierge Experience Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist Premium Card Members in crafting unforgettable travel and concierge experiences.

• Provide innovative and remarkable travel and concierge services.

• Exceed client expectations and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Manage daily tasks through chat, email, and voice communication channels.

• Utilize travel tools and Sabre GDS booking systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of travel and world geography.

• Experience in exploring the globe, studying within the industry, or selling both domestic and international travel.

• Capability to establish enduring customer relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to remain resilient and composed under pressure and changing situations.

• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.

• Sales experience along with consultative skills to recommend and cross-sell pertinent products and services.

• Proficient computer skills and ability to utilize various travel tools.

• Willingness to work shifts, which may include nights and weekends.

• Proficiency in speaking and writing fluent French.

• TICO and OPC certification is mandatory; certification fees will be covered if not already obtained.

• Eligibility to work with American Express; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Successful completion of a background verification check.
