Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and structured training to new customer experience representatives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions effectively.

• Clearly explain processes, procedures, systems, and expectations for customer service.

• Employ various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.

• Monitor learner comprehension and pinpoint knowledge gaps.

• Carry out knowledge assessments, exercises, role plays, and hands-on activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching to participants.

• Assist learners who need extra guidance.

• Prepare new hires for the shift from training to production roles.

• Collaborate with Team Leads and leadership to ensure learners are ready.

• Keep accurate training records and convey learner progress updates.

• Modify training content when processes, systems, or requirements evolve.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training.

• Essential experience in healthcare/medical customer service.

• Previous background in training customer service/contact center teams.

• At least 1 year of remote work experience.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Confident in delivering training in virtual settings.

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Patient and approachable, capable of coaching various types of learners.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.

• Available to start immediately.

• Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and suitable remote workspace are necessary.

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Must have a Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported).

• Minimum 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitor setup required.

• Webcam and wired USB headset are essential.

• i5 processor or higher is required.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• Backup power solution is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• An English resume is required.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.

• Completion of all stages of the hiring process, including a background check, is required.
