Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training to new customer experience representatives.

• Lead virtual training sessions effectively.

• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.

• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

• Monitor learner comprehension and identify areas needing improvement.

• Conduct knowledge assessments, exercises, role plays, and hands-on activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching to enhance learner performance.

• Assist learners who require additional support.

• Prepare new hires for the transition from training to production roles.

• Collaborate with Team Leads and leadership to ensure learner readiness.

• Keep accurate training records and communicate learner progress effectively.

• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training is necessary.

• Experience in healthcare/medical customer service is crucial.

• Background in training customer service/contact center teams is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of remote work experience is essential.

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities are required.

• Comfortable delivering training in a virtual environment.

• Tech-savvy and adept at learning new systems and platforms.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching various types of learners.

• Must have a strong team-player attitude.

• Availability to work U.S. business hours is necessary.

• Immediate availability to start is required.

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Must use a Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported).

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM is required.

• Dual monitors are necessary.

• A webcam and wired USB headset are required.

• Should have an i5 processor or higher.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection is essential.

• Backup power solution is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365 is required.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
